ArtSocial Launch 'Open Talks'
We recently launched 'Open Talks', an exciting new project with our partner charity Studio Samo.
The continued development of art therapy practices is essential for providing the most beneficial service to those who need it. Currently, in Russia, there is a lack of professional development opportunities for arts and creative therapists.
Open Talks brings together leading experts in the field of art therapy, creative therapies and mental health. Together, thought-leaders will share solutions, strategies and ideas to improve the quality and access of arts and art therapy provision for children and young people. Specialists from across Russia have been participating in workshops and open lectures to learn new skills, share knowledge and raise the profile of the creative therapy profession.
So far, we have hosted lectures by leading experts in the field of art therapy Christine Kerr, Anna She and Udo Baer.
