Private View of the 'Audrey Hepburn: Portraits of an Icon' Exhibition

  • National Portrait Gallery St Martin’s Place WC2H 0HE (map)

ArtSocial Club started the day in a perfect setting of the sold-out exhibition 'Audrey Hepburn: Portraits of an Icon' at the National Portrait Gallery with a private view before the museum opened its doors to the public. We enjoyed exploring a selection of more than seventy images of Hepburn’s iconography, including classic and rarely seen prints from leading twentieth-century photographers such as Richard Avedon, Cecil Beaton, Terry O’Neill, Norman Parkinson and Irving Penn, alongside an array of vintage magazine covers, film stills, and extraordinary archival material.
